Peter Pevoto, owner of Otto Design Build, is a Crestview resident raising his family right here in the neighborhood. He believes progress doesn't have to mean tearing down the homes that give Crestview its character.
Peter recently purchased 1701 Madison Avenue, where he plans to thoughtfully restore the home to its natural beauty while preserving the character and charm that make it distinctly Crestview.
Rather than automatically tearing down older homes and starting over, Peter looks for opportunities to restore, renovate, and thoughtfully reimagine existing homes for the next generation of Crestview families.
